THE MENU

Our chef Josep Maria Maso has sought suppliers from different areas of the peninsula, locally sourced and without intermediaries.

From La Boqueria market in the centre of Barcelona, we obtain the best mushrooms and seasonal vegetable, bought from the iconic Petras.

Our potatoes come from the Maresme region, close to Barcelona. This rich farmers region hails from the Romans.

We use two different suppliers for our fish; each one taking care of a fish auction, they are responsible for buying the best products for Martinez.

Josep Maria personally supervises the procurement of our meat, to ensure it is of the highest quality, and matured to a perfect standard.

Our ham comes from the southern peninsula, 100% Iberian and sources from age-old suppliers; famous for always producing consistent, quality produce.

Finally, our cheeses mostly come from the Meranges (the others, is our secret!) We offer a “Formula menu” for those who would like to try the essentials of Martinez, without getting complicated.
