You have the table for 2 hours from the time of your reservation.
The reservation you make is for a table, not a location.
The table reservation will be effective once you have received the booking confirmation email.
If you wish to change the number of assistants, it is essential that you notify the restaurant via email reservas@martinezbarcelona.com at least 6 hours in advance.
The time of the reservation can be modified by 15 minutes in order to optimally manage the arrival of clients.
We appreciate maximum punctuality. After 15 minutes of delay without prior notice, the table is automatically released.
WE ALSO INFORM YOU ABOUT OUR CANCELLATION POLICY
The bank card is requested to guarantee the reservation of the table. Your card will not be charged.
To cancel or modify the reservation, you must do so 6 hours before the time of the reservation through reservas@martinezbarcelona.com.
If you do not cancel the reservation and do not attend on the date and time of the reservation, the cancellation policy will be applied, which entails a charge of €20 per person.
